Terry Trichell QHHT Practitioner

I attended one of Terry’s QHHT Workshops prior to my private session. The information I gained there prepared me well on what to expect during my time with Terry. She has an exceptional gift of allowing herself to be a conduit for spirit to work through her to help others. The QHHT session was an incredible time of self-discovery and healing. The experience was enveloped in a deep sense of caring and safety. It was the most important thing I have ever done for myself. The results were so much more than I could have ever anticipated. I now have a greater sense of knowing who I truly am and what my purpose has been and continues to be.

The universe conspired to connect me with Terry at the end of 2018/beginning of 2019 in Northwest Arkansas.  I reached out to Terry for an initial phone consultation and I knew it was the right fit upon a very brief conversation.  She shared very simple yet detailed instructions for how to prepare for our session and what to expect. 

I arrived at her office and immediately felt incredibly safe and comfortable in the space and knew I was in good hands.  We talked for nearly 3 hours before my session started - amazing synergy.  Again during the session I felt very safe and comfortable. 

What felt like 15 minutes was actually a 3 hour past life regression.  She made sure I was stable enough to get up and helped me ground the experience afterwards in a 1 hour wrap-up discussion, sharing her insight and guidance, providing advice when I asked. 

I wouldn’t say QHHT is for everyone, but if you find yourself here on her site reading this review, then it’s something that’s looking for you - and consider this an invitation to explore. 

If this is a calling to the next step on your path, then I highly recommend you come journey with Terry.  She is an excellent and most experienced guide, highly empathetic, and I’m so grateful that we were brought together in this lifetime.

My daughter Z. was 15 months old and was not able to walk. Her pediatrician recommended that we  begin Physical Therapy. I was very concerned that she hadn’t met this milestone and started PT shortly after her physical.

My daughter did not like the PT sessions, it was hard for her to follow the instructions and she had difficulty with the recommended exercises. I became depressed and worried,and decided to try alternative method of healing.

I contacted Terry, who I met during our hypnosis classes at the Hypnotherapy Academy of America. Terry performed remote session of healing for my daughter. The very next day after the session, Z. began to perform her home exercise routine with a great ease...what was very challenging for her, after the session began to be fun.

About 2-3 weeks latter we were at a life music performance and as I was holding my daughter’s hands she let go of me and began walking . My husband and I shed tears of joy.

I am very thankful and appreciative! I have strong faith in hypnosis, and believe that Terry has a special gift and incredible healing energy!

Our frequencies synced.  I feel like Terry’s energy matches the person she is working with, so that everything that needs to be communicated in order for the person to heal, can be.

Many people make me feel guarded, like it’s not safe to be myself,  but with Terry I felt I was talking to an old and dear friend.  I am a quiet introverted person,  but I talked to Terry for an hour and a half about my deepest thoughts and feelings, my interests, studies and beliefs, my goals and my soul, without hesitation.  With perfect confidence, I laughed and cried and released and expanded.   

My remote energy session with Terry was extraordinary, and almost like I was talking to my actual guides on the phone!   Because we were discussing things that raise the frequency of those having the conversation, and of all that surrounds them, an actual guide appeared in front of me...a fuzzy, pinkish orange Champaign colored, bright being of light stood across the table from me as we spoke.

It’s taken me a long time to find a person, whom I trust, to help me, and I look forward to future sessions with Terry very much.

Wow!  I'm so grateful for the help you gave me. I'm still in awe and feel it has helped me so much. I'm telling everyone who wants to hear about it. ( mostly my friends who are open to it).

I just wanted to contact you and let you know how I have been.  The next morning after the hypnosis, I had a healing crisis.  I felt sooo bad with flu like symptoms.  I made it home and just rested.

  I have ordered the types of bracelets for grounding that I needed.  I have decided to go back to the recording bit by bit for the summer.

This was exactly what I needed to validate everything that has been and will be happening with me. 

I just loved our time together.  It seemed like maybe an hour and a half, time flew by.  You made me feel comfortable and relaxed and like we were long lost family!!!

It was so wonderful just being with you—even without the hypnosis session, although the hypnosis was wonderful too—it’s a great way to use your gifts.

I scheduled a session with Terry after reading up on QHHT. I felt that I only needed a session in which I could sit down and talk out what I have uncovered myself.

She was very open minded and provided helpful insight in order for me to put the puzzle together, so to speak. I would very much recommend Terry to anyone that is searching for guidance or even just someone to listen to your thoughts.

Hello Terry!!! I just came back from my oncologist office after long lab sessions yesterday and today morning till noon... great news!!! No cancer activity!!! They searched for new spots or tumors and found none, checked all bones studies showed only scarfs where tumors were found at the beginning!!!
