QHHT – Full hypnosis session
This is a full, individual, in-person hypnosis session, and includes a pre-talk where we will discuss anything pertinent to the work to be done. Typically, this lasts about 6 hours, which some clients choose to separate over two days.
Hourly Consulting Sessions (without Hypnosis)
These can be used for pre-sessions before a full QHHT Session, follow-up sessions after a QHHT Session, or anytime a client feels like they need some extra support on their journey. They can be done by phone or via Zoom video chat.
